What is in Pressure Washing Soap?

A lot of people that take part in pressure washing say that you should never add anything to the water that is coming out of your nozzles, and a big part of the reason why that is the case has to do with the fact that water alone can do a lot of the work for you at any given point in time. However, there are a wide range of scenarios wherein adding some soap to the water mixture can do you a world of good in some way, shape or form, but you should know that you can’t use regular body soap for this type of purpose.

Suffice it to say that regular soap does not contain some of the materials and substances that are necessary for pressure washing, so you need to make it absolutely certain that the soap you are using has been designed specifically for what you are about to do. Soap that is optimized for pressure washing contains chemicals like sodium hypochlorite which can make it too harsh to use on your body without damaging your outer skin layer but it makes it more than ideal for pressure washing because of how effectively it disinfects any given surface.

The main benefit to using sodium hypochlorite is that this chemical is highly caustic to any and all microorganisms that it comes in contact with. That means that you can get a remarkably positive result here, one that you will not likely forget about for as long as you live. Sanitation is an aspect of pressure based washing methods that is highly useful, and using soap with this chemical helps you get that result all in all.
